Walk-ins during open hours are always welcome.
Walk-ins are typically self led after a brief introduction to the process.

No painting experience is required! This workshop is designed for any level of painting experience from beginner to advanced!
In this 3 1/2 hour private workshop you will experience meditation and its healing benefits through the activity of painting. As you paint, you distract your "monkey mind" with the colors and the way the paint bends and layers on the canvas, bringing yourself into a present-moment, meditative awareness. For many, this is one of the easiest ways to meditate, because you are allowing the doing of painting to guide you into the meditative state, rather than sitting still and trying to stop the mind.
During our time together you are free to mess up, to make mistakes, to waste time, to get lost, and to let go of all the old stories around painting and "talent" and "good" or "bad" in order to bring yourself completely present and feel the universes and multiverses of possibility and abundance that open up within you as you paint. Whether you have never painted before or paint professionally, you will be guided into unexplored landscapes within you, as you get lost in colors flowing into other colors, layering on top of each other, and creating a kaleidoscope of light and form.
The size of the canvas you will be painting on is 20 x 20. All materials necessary for this workshop are included in the cost. The only thing to bring is yourself with a willingness to play and have fun at the canvas with Creatively Fit Coach Gail Ose. Leave with your very own Mandala painting ready to hang on the wall!

The dream catcher is one of the most enduring and widespread symbols associated with Native American culture and a great way to begin the new year with intent. Legend tells us that these protective talismans catch your harmful thoughts or bad dreams in their web at night while you sleep and keep you safe with good dreams and positive thoughts that descend down the ladder of feathers onto the one who is sleeping below.
During this 3 1/2 hour workshop you will learn fun and easy painting techniques sure to ignite your creativity while exploring each section of the dream catcher’s form and its specific meaning with Creatively Fit Coach Gail Ose as your guide.
There will be a variety of canvas options available to select from when you arrive. All materials necessary for this workshop are included in the cost.
