Experience the thrill of working clay with your hands or the ease and fun of PYOP (Paint Your Own Pottery). We have a wide selection of ready-made bisque fired pieces to choose from, as well as a variety of earthenware and stoneware clay bodies, including both low-fire and high-fire for hand working or throwing on one of our pottery wheels.
Walk-ins for both hand building and PYOP are always welcome during open hours.

Create a beautiful handmade ceramic bird wall hanging perfect for your home, garden wall, patio, or front door! Class Size: Limited to 8 participants.
Participants will create a charming hanging bird design with decorative dangling elements that can be kept simple and elegant or carved with ornate detail. Choose between two bird sizes and make your piece uniquely your own with texture, carving, and glaze choices.
Class Details: Project Options 6” Bird Wall Hanging — $45 (+ optional $5 glazing fee) 8” Bird Wall Hanging — $55 (+ optional $5 glazing fee)
What to Expect 3–4-hour class depending on the complexity of your design Participants choosing the ornate carved style should expect closer to 4 hours. Glazing Pieces may be glazed the same day as class time permits, or participants may return during open studio hours on another day to glaze their project.
Great for beginners and experienced clay artists alike. Suitable for indoor décor or outdoor display. Registration Space is limited to 8 participants and pre-registration is recommended. Come enjoy a relaxing creative experience and leave with a beautiful handmade ceramic piece to treasure or gift!
WALK-INS
PAINT YOUR OWN POTTERY
Come alone or with a friend or two anytime during Serendipity’s posted open hours and enjoy glazing your own unique piece of pottery.
What will you make today? Our walk-in paint your own pottery pricing is simple, all-inclusive and by the piece. This means all supplies, tools, and kiln firings are included. You pick your piece or pieces then select from among our supply of Mayco Stroke and Coat Wondeglaze to glaze your item(s). Expect to be here 1-2 hours, depending on your selection(s) and creativity. If for any reason you are not able to finish your piece the same day, there is no additional charge for you to return to finish another day. When you are finished, you will leave your piece with us for drying and firing. This process takes anywhere from 3 days to a week at which time we will notify you by text that it is ready for picking up.
Be prepared to be awestruck at the beauty of your piece after firing! Pure magic happens during the firing process where the glaze is literally brought to the boiling point and the colors transform into their brilliant state.
